Online Check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure, whilst Airport Check-in opens 2 hours prior to the departure time. Arriving earlier at the departure terminal will ensure that you free yourself and your travel partners from carrying your checked luggage and making your way to the boarding gate quicker.

Airport Check-in:
For passengers without internet access or who need to check in baggage, our helpful staff at the airport will assist you and issue your boarding pass. Please make sure to arrive at least 2.5hrs prior to departure.
If you have checked baggage, you can also check-in online and make your way to our Bag Drop aisle when arriving at the airport.
Online Check-in:
Online check-in is available at select airports, and allows you to skip queues and proceed swiftly to the boarding gate or enjoy lounge access.
